Can I get a mortgage if I am not Portuguese?

Absolutely! Non-Portuguese and non-residents can secure mortgages for up to 50-70% of the property's value. Klave’s expert team will present the best mortgage options, guide you through each step of the process, and handle all bank communications and proposals, ensuring a seamless experience.

What documents are required for purchasing a property?

You will need your passport, citizen card, and Portuguese tax number (NIF). Don’t have an NIF? No worries! We can request it online, and it will be ready within just 5 days. Klave makes sure all your paperwork is in order, so you can focus on finding your dream property.

How long can I pay the mortgage?

You can pay the mortgage until you are 75 years old. With flexible terms and conditions, Klave ensures that your financing is tailored to your needs, giving you peace of mind and financial flexibility.
