A lawyer by training and a specialist in the Portuguese real estate market, Patrick Rahy is the CEO and Co-Founder of Klave, a premier real estate investment firm where he orchestrates the synergy between legal security and high-performance financial returns. With over a decade of experience at top-tier law firms in Latin America and a career as a serial entrepreneur (having founded and scaled three companies since 2015), Patrick brings a rare “founder’s mindset” to the Portuguese real estate sector.

His vision for Klave was born in 2019, following his move to Portugal to pursue a Master’s degree in Technological Entrepreneurship from the University of Porto. This academic specialization allowed him to bridge the gap between traditional legal rigor and modern, data-driven investment strategies. Recognizing a critical gap in the market, Patrick envisioned Klave, a firm that could provide more than just brokerage – a strategic investment partner capable of navigating the complexities of European law while maximizing asset appreciation.

As CEO, Patrick leads the firm’s mission to de-risk the Portuguese market for global investors from Israel, Brazil, Dubai, the USA, and more. His leadership is defined by a commitment to institutional-grade transparency and asset protection, ensuring that every portfolio is built on a foundation of legal rigor. Under his guidance, Klave has evolved into a trusted vehicle for international capital, where Patrick’s dual expertise as an attorney and an executive allows him to transform market complexities into clear, profitable, and secure opportunities for his clients.

Felipe Sousa is a business strategist by training and a communicator by passion. Graduated in Economics, he holds a Master’s degree in Technological Entrepreneurship from the University of Porto and has over eight years of international experience, having lived and worked abroad, including a professional chapter in Ireland.

As COO and Co-Founder of Klave, Felipe oversees the company’s operations, structures internal processes, and ensures operational efficiency across all areas of the business, combining analytical thinking with a strong commercial mindset. He works closely with teams and partners to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and transform ideas into scalable business initiatives.

Bridging economics, entrepreneurship, and communication, Felipe brings a people-driven approach to business development. He believes that strong connections, clear dialogue, and strategic vision are key drivers of sustainable growth. At Klave, his focus is on building long-term partnerships and creating value through collaboration and execution.

Graduated in Design in Brazil and holding a Master’s degree in Marketing and Sales from Italy, Luiza has over fifteen years of professional experience in marketing and sales, having lived and worked in Lisbon, Portugal, for more than seven years.

As Head of Marketing and Growth at Klave, she is responsible for shaping the company’s communication strategy and ensuring the delivery of clear, relevant, and high-quality information across all channels. She works closely with the Sales and Business Development team to support growth initiatives, new business development, and strategic positioning, with a strong focus on long-term value creation.

With a solid background in the luxury market, Luiza brings a refined strategic vision to brand building, multichannel communication, and high-end positioning. She collaborates closely with internal teams and partners to develop consistent narratives, strengthen brand identity, and deliver impactful communication and event experiences — including online webinars and Klave’s in-person conferences. At Klave, she believes effective communication is a key driver of trust, credibility, and sustainable growth.

Gonçalo is a Financial & Digital Operations Analyst at Klave and is currently completing a Postgraduate Program in Business Analytics. With an academic background in Management, he applies analytical and operational expertise to the company’s day-to-day financial activities.

He is responsible for issuing rent receipts, managing invoicing, overseeing financial controls, performing reconciliations, and preparing financial reports that support management decision-making. Gonçalo maintains clear and transparent communication with clients, investors, and tenants, ensuring well-organised, reliable, and compliant financial processes.

Recognised for his strong organisational skills, availability, and ability to solve problems efficiently, Gonçalo contributes to a high standard of service and operational consistency. His practical mindset, adaptability, and clear communication make him an essential part of Klave’s financial operations and daily team dynamics.

Filipe is a Property Management & Real Estate Advisor at Klave, with a solid academic background in Management and hands-on experience supporting operational processes within the real estate sector.

In his role, he conducts property visits for prospective tenants, coordinates communication with partners, and ensures the efficient resolution of maintenance issues across multiple properties. Filipe also supports clients with key administrative processes, such as obtaining Citizens Cards and Passports at public service offices, ensuring a smooth, guided, and reliable experience.

Recognised for his proactive approach, positive attitude, and collaborative work style, Filipe combines a personable sense of humour with strong professional commitment. At Klave, he plays an essential role in ensuring operational efficiency and delivering consistent, high-quality support to both clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Fernanda is a professional whose journey has been shaped by reinvention. With a degree in Management, in 2020, she embraced a new chapter by moving to Portugal.

She is a key member of Klave, responsible for managing banking and financing solutions for our clients. She works closely with Portugal’s leading banks and financial institutions to secure the best mortgage conditions, ensuring a smooth and informed process for every client. In addition, she is an active part of the Growth team, supporting business development initiatives, client engagement strategies, and the company’s expansion efforts.

With strong expertise in stakeholder management and client relations, Fernanda combines a strategic mindset with a personal approach, helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with confidence and clarity. At Klave, she plays a crucial role in making real estate investments accessible, transparent, and tailored to each client’s goals.

As Head of Customer Experience, Chrys is responsible for organizing and improving the client journey. She holds a degree in Hospitality Management and an MBA in Business Administration, combining strong service expertise with solid business knowledge.

With over 15 years of experience in customer-facing roles, she has developed a practical and structured approach to service. Her background in hospitality shaped her attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs, while her business education strengthened her strategic and operational skills.

She standardizes processes, creates clear internal procedures, and ensures consistency and efficiency in daily operations. She also supports team training and works closely with partners and official entities to guarantee smooth execution.
